We have learnt to do the SCISSOR JUMP.
We know to do it well we need to
*Jump off one foot
*Keep our head up
*Lift our arms up
*Jump over the elastic sideways.
We needed to practise not running with our tummy facing the jump but get the side of our body facing the jump.
